Ancient Egypt

This unit plan explores the rich history of ancient Egypt, focusing on its cultural, social, and political structures. Students will investigate key aspects of Egyptian society, including pharaohs, daily life, religious practices, and contributions to modern civilization. Through this exploration, students will enhance their understanding of historical inquiry, develop critical thinking skills, and learn to analyse various sources of information. The unit culminates in a creative project that allows students to synthesise their learning and demonstrate their knowledge of ancient Egyptian society.
